Since we have now made it into 2018 and Christmas and New Year have well and truly passed, I do somewhat apologise for this blog post as it has slightly missed its mark. I also promise that I will start a blog post in some way other than with an apology sometime soon!
Although the severe neglect I have shown my blog in the past few weeks seems to be getting worse, I promise you I am about to (fingers crossed) make an attempt at some sort of redemption. Since I was too busy selling cheese this bank holiday weekend, which gave me the perfect opportunity to bask in the unusually warm British sunshine, I didn’t manage to get a post out. Although I have been trying to get into the habit of posting on a Sunday, there are two main reasons for my spontaneous midweek blog post. Firstly, it’s Halloween so I have to post something naughty after my slightly healthier offering of Pumpkin and Coconut Granola. Secondly, I barely made a dint in my roasted pumpkin (and I only prepped half) so why not use it as an excuse for extra baking! Continue reading “Oaty Pumpkin Cookies”
